My first experience with Dr. Sprinkles was Oct 20, 2002. At that time we had Lucy our loving but aging lab. Lucy was our love and we knew she was declining. By January 2004 Lucy was quickly loosing quality of life. She was treated for several weeks for comfort measures and February 9, 2004 we knew it was time. Dr. Sprinkles continued his compassionate care until she took her last breath and then shared our grief.
A couple of months later we again show up to see Dr. Sprinkles with Maggie another lab. Five months after that we show up with Gus, yes another lab. Dr. Sprinkles is laughing and shaking his head and asking us "what have you done".
Gus and Maggie are the only dogs that we have ever loved that also LOVE going to the vet and Dr. Sprinkles knows when they have arrived. He got us through the puppy stages. Then Gus managed to tear a cruciate ligament. Though we were very concerned about Gus we had every confidence in Dr. Sprinkles. The surgery was successful and Gus is doing great. This is only after chewing the stitches out the first night home, tearing up the Elizabethan collar, and wanting to do all the things that he shouldn't.
Now Dr. Sprinkles is opening Grace Animal Hospital. Even though it will be close to an hour drive we are willing to make the drive to have the continued loving care that we have become accustomed to.
If you are looking for a vet that will treat your pet with exceptional expertise, compassion, and professionalism then look no further. You will not regret your choice.
Respectfully,
Robbie Wisham, Our beloved Lucy, Maggie, and Gus
